Ingredients
150 g raw cashews (soaked overnight)
2 small carrots (cooked)
4-5 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tbsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of turmeric
Pasta of your choice or zucchini noodles
Method
Blend all ingredients (except the pasta or zucchini noodles ) until very smooth.
In a small pot add butter and pour the mix in . Taste, and add extra seasonings if desired.
Add cooked pasta or zucchini noodles , combine.
