Spinach & pea pasta sauce

pasta with hidden vegetables that kids would love.

200g frozen peas
150g baby spinach
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
50-70 g vegan heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Italian herbs

Cook some pasta accordingly to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain but keep a little of the pasta water.
Steam the frozen peas and spinach over boiling water for 5 minutes then remove.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth , mix in with pasta and serve.
