Low carb broccoli pizza crust 🌱

Ingredients
500 g broccoli florets
100 g chickpea flour
1 tsp phylium husk
40 ml water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Place the broccoli into a food processor and pulse until very small pieces, like rice.
In a larg bowl place the broccoli and remaining ingredients,mix .
Place the “dough” onto the prepared baking sheet and use your hands to press it into a roughly oval shape (about 1cm thick) .
Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven , add your favorite toppings and bake again for 10-15 minutes .
