Honey Mustard Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
My favorite quick snack!
Get the tiny Brussels sprouts and trim the stalk end. Preheat the oven to 425. Toss the Brussels with olive oil and roast until crispy. Meanwhile in a small bowl whisk together some Dijon and honey, no exact amount. Drizzle over the Brussels. Shake the pan to evenly coat the vegetables.
Return to the oven for about 5 minutes.
