Chocolate vegan protein pancakes 🌱 (sugar free)
You only need a few basic ingredients to make these fluffy vegan protein pancakes and they take just minutes to prepare.
100 g all purpose flour
35 g vegan chocolate protein
1 tbsp baking powder
300 g soy milk
Pinch of salt
15 g apple vinegar
1/4 tsp baking soda
Whisk all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir the milk and apple vinegar into the dry mixture just until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat, and cook until edges are dry and bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
